MySpotRewards is owned and operated by A&D MX Investments LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
By accessing or using MySpotRewards, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MySpotRewards is a directory and rewards platform connecting local businesses in the San Antonio area with shoppers. Features may include business listings, deals and coupons, notifications, and business owner tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or collect data about other users without authorization.
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of listings, hours, deals, and promotional content they submit. MySpotRewards may remove content that violates these Terms.
Paid plans and features are billed through our payment providers. Refund and cancellation terms are described at checkout and in your billing settings.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySpotRewards and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from MySpotRewards regarding weekly deals, discounts, coupons, and recommended local business offers.
Program name: MySpotRewards Weekly Deals.
Message frequency: approximately one promotional message per week, based on the delivery weekday selected by the user.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. After submitting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive MySpotRewards promotional messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary, and message delivery is subject to the mobile carrier's network availability.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers acting on behalf of MySpotRewards as necessary to deliver and operate the messaging program.
You may update or withdraw SMS consent at any time through your MySpotRewards account settings.
