What happens when you request deletion
- Our team reviews and processes your request within a maximum of 30 days.
- We cancel active subscription renewals before deleting your account. Limited payment records may be retained when required.
- Business listings you own are unpublished, their promotions are disabled, and the listings return to an unclaimed state.
- You will receive a confirmation email at your account address once processed.
- We may retain limited legal, tax, fraud-prevention, opt-out and deletion-proof records. Encrypted backups expire within 90 days.
