SMS and Mobile Information
When you voluntarily enroll in the MySpotRewards Weekly Deals SMS program, MySpotRewards may collect your mobile phone number, consent status, consent date and time, selected delivery weekday, language preference, and messaging activity necessary to operate the program.
Message frequency is approximately one promotional SMS per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers acting on behalf of MySpotRewards as necessary to deliver and operate the messaging service.
MySpotRewards may use Twilio and other authorized service providers solely to transmit, manage, secure, and support the SMS program.
You may disable Weekly Deals SMS through your MySpotRewards account settings at any time.
